Second Saturday Art Walk

The Petaluma Downtown Galleries host Art Walks with extended hours and a fantastic spectrum of special events every Second Saturday of the month from 5 - 8 pm.  The Petaluma Downtown galleries represent dozens of master artists and emerging sensations and present an excellent opportunity to find that unique piece of art while taking in the heart of downtown.  Shoppers are sure to find a wonderful variety of art, entertainment and fun.  Here is a list of the participating galleries:

Calabi Gallery presents “Intimate Enigmas,” recent abstract stone sculptures by Easton. With their meticulously finished surfaces and exquisitely organic forms Easton’s sculptures are a sensual delight.
The gallery is also displaying abstract paintings and original prints by various artists including Charles Howard, Claire Falkenstein, Robert McChesney, and Paul Beattie.  As usual an assortment of works by gallery artists will also be on view.

Riverfront is hosting two new shows, and will be hosting a Reception from 5 - 9 pm during the Art Walk.  Artist Jeffrey T. Williams brings us "The Face of El Capitan" fine art paintings, while artist Jeff Lemelin brings us " Into the Deep" underwater photography from Indonesia. We also welcome four new artists: Jeff G. Allen and Adam Potts, fine art photographers; and Rita Agnese and Terry Holleman, fine artists.  Music by Los Gu'achis.  See you on the 11th!

Viva Cocolat presents cartoon art by Peter Gealey, featuring vegetables, pastas, and ukuleles.  Enjoy the artistry and humor of this delightful show.  Prints, framed art, towels, and magnets of his works are available for purchase at very affordable prices.  This show will exhibit between April 3 - June 5.

Gallery One presents Art at the Source Community Showcase Preview Exhibit.

May 5 – June 26  Award winning 3 Dimensional Art by local artists.

Regular gallery hours are Mon. – Sat. 11am – 5:30 pm; Sun. 11am – 5pm

Artist Studios will be open  June 1, 2 and June 8, 9;  Check their web site for directions to open studios and times they are open..
