Volunteer

Because The Petaluma Downtown Association is a non profit 501c(6), we rely on our community to help us put on our events.  Every year during Butter & Egg Days we utilize over 240 volunteers to do everything from monitoring the streets to staging the parade.  So whether it's Butter & Eggs, Art & Garden or being a Merchant Board Member, we could not exist without volunteers.  We invite you to be a part of that volunteerism and help us make Downtown shine!

Butter & Egg Days Parade Volunteer

We need volunteers for the 35th Annual Butter & Egg Days Parade! Download the form by clicking here or complete the online form.

Volunteer for beer at the 2nd Annual Home Brewers Competition. Download the form by clicking here or complete the online form.

All Aboard! Bring a team of 10 or more employees to participate in the town’s most beloved event as we celebrate Petaluma’s rich railway history and tracks to the future with the arrival of the SMART Train in 2016! Join us and rediscover the value of team building and community involvement as the 25,000 parade attendees rediscover your company! Imagine your company logo on the back of our 250 volunteer shirts, a special shout out featured on our Facebook page, and your logo on our website for the entire month of April; we will even publicly express our gratitude on parade day at the judge’s booth! To sign up a team email Kathy at Kathy@visitpetaluma.com.

We elect new Volunteer Merchant Board Members every January, if you'd like more information about that, please contact us.
